1. Account & API Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your broker API keys, client secrets, and trading credentials. Tradeless does not manage or store your credentials remotely.

2. Execution & Market Risks

Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. Tradeless is an API wrapper tool. All trade orders, executions, stop-losses, and market risks are executed at your own discretion and risk.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

Tradeless is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Tradeless shall not be held liable for any financial losses, API disruptions, broker downtime, or trade execution failures.
