Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Phozi mobile application (the "Service"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
Accessing the Service requires a Google Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Phozi provides tools for managing personal cloud and device media. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair Google's API services or interfere with any other party's use of those services.
Phozi is a management tool. While we provide features like Auto-Backup and Smart Delete, you are the final authority on your data operations.
The Service and its original content (excluding user data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Phozi and its licensors.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Phozi makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein.
In no event shall Phozi be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
